THIS SUBDIVISION HAS PRIVATE <br />ROADS AND DRAINAGE DITCHES AND ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE <br />COUNTY. <br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS QUESTIONED IF FUTURE DEVELOPING <br />AROUND THIS SUBDIVISION WILL BE EFFECTED BECAUSE OF THE PRIVATE OWNED <br />DRAINAGE DITCHES, AS FAR AS DRAINAGE IN THE SURROUNDING AREA IS <br />CONCERNED. S.P. MUSICK, SURVEYOR, SUGGESTED THE FOLLOWING BE PLACED <br />ON THE PLAT BEFORE IT IS RECORDED.
