administrative permit uses allowed to be reviewed and <br />approved by the community development director or his <br />designee, and may require technical review committee <br />review of administrative approval applications. <br />Co Section 971.08(11) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(11) Specialty farms (administrative permit no <br />Planning and Zoning Commission review or approval <br />required if associated with a site plan reviewed as <br />an administrative approval or minor site plan). <br />(a) Districts requiring administrative permit <br />approval, (pursuant to the provisions of <br />971.04): A-11 A-21 A-3. <br />(b) Criteria for specialty farms: <br />1. A site plan showing the location and <br />nature of all structures and fenced areas <br />containing any animals, and all other <br />information requirements of Chapter 914, <br />2. The minimum lot area for such uses shall <br />be five (5) acres; <br />3. No structure or fenced area containing <br />any animals being raised, bred, or kept <br />in connection with such use shall be <br />closer than seventy-five (75) feet to any <br />property line, unless such structures are <br />sound -proofed. <br />D. Section 971.08(12) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(12) Stables, noncommercial (administrative permit <br />specialexceptions). no Planning and Zoning Commission <br />review or approval required if associated with a site <br />plan reviewed as an administrative approval or minor site <br />plan).. <br />(a) Districts requiring administrative permit <br />approval, (pursuant to the provisions of <br />971.04): Con -3, Con -2, RFD, RS -11 RS -21 RS -31 <br />RS76, RT -61 RM -31 RM-41.RM-61 RM78,.,.RM-.10. <br />(b) Additional information requirements: The <br />applicant shall submit a site plan which shall <br />show the location of all existing and proposed <br />structures and the location of any fences, and <br />all other information required in Chapter 914. <br />(c) Criteria for noncommercial stables: <br />1. Noncommercial stables shall be allowed in <br />nonagricultural districts only as an <br />accessory use, <br />2. Such uses shall be located on lots having <br />an area no less than two (2) acres; <br />3. The number of horses shall not exceed one <br />per acre; <br />4.
