5. Gated Entrances <br />Create traffic access control section 952.12(l 0), to read as follows: <br />""0 Gated entrances. Gated entrances may be approved if the applicant: <br />U Demonstrates that the entrance and gate are located and designed so that: <br />1. Passenger vehicles, including -customary -service vehicles, can <br />approach the entrance and gate in a manner that is safe and that does not <br />impede traffic flow on the adjacent travelway: and <br />2. Passenger vehicles, including customary service vehicles, that are <br />denied entrance may be turned around without encroaching onto the adjacent <br />public right -of --wax, and may safely exit onto the adjacent travelway. <br />6. A design and <br />management plan must be submitted which shall: <br />(a) Include a topographic map of the proposed littoral zones) showing <br />the control elevation contour and the minus two -and -one -half -foot (2 <br />'/2') control water elevation contour, and include a cross-sectional <br />Coding: Words in strtke Offatt type are deletions from existing law.
