a. Industrial and storage uses in the CH. IL. and IG Districts: <br />Compliance shall be required only for those facades fronting on <br />residentially designated areas or public or platted roads. Electrical substations and similar uses: Electrical substations and <br />eeeMMM <br />similar uses that prohibit access by the public into the site may be <br />exempted from all architectural /building requirements by the <br />community_ development director if the exempted building(s) and <br />equipment will be visually screened from adjacent properties and <br />roadways. <br />C& Historic Buildings and Resources: In accordance with Future Land <br />eeMMMM <br />Use Element objective 8 and LDR Chapter 933, historic buildings <br />and resources identified in the "Historic Properties Survey of <br />Indian River County, Florida", or identified by the Historic <br />Resources Advisory Committee, and located within the Wabasso <br />corridor are exempt from special Wabasso Corridor Plan <br />requirements to the extent that applying the he special Corridor Plan <br />requirements would: <br />(2.)
