Amend LDR section 971.41(2), specific land use criteria for bed and breakfasts, as <br />follows: <br />breakfasts <br />(c) Additional information <br />(2) Bed and (administrative <br />permit <br />and special exception). <br />(a) Districts requiring administrative permit approval, (pursuant to the <br />provisions of 971.04): A-1, A-2, A-3, RM -8, RM -10, OCR, CN, CL. <br />(b) Districts requiring special exception approval, (pursuant to the provisions <br />of 971.05): RS -6. RT -6, RM -3, RM4, RM -6, MED, CG. <br />1. Provide a site plan conforming with all requirements of Chapter <br />914; <br />2. Provide a floor plan, signed and sealed by a State of Florida <br />registered architect, showing the location, size and space utilization <br />of each room. <br />(d) Criteria for bed and breakfasts: <br />1. The site must have frontage on a thoroughfare plan road for <br />administrative permit uses and major or minor arterial roads for <br />special exception uses; <br />2. A Type "C" screening must be provided on all boundaries adjacent <br />to residential uses for special exception uses. Type "C" for <br />administrative permit uses is required; <br />3. The project must be designed to maintain residential character; <br />Coding: Words in strike=his type are deletions from existing law.
