ORDINANCE NO. 98= 0 9 <br />4. The number of rentable rooms is determined by multiplying the number <br />of dwelling units permitted on the site by 1.5 persons. <br />6. For bed and breakfast establishments involving an historic structure, as <br />defined in the county's historic protection ordinance, the applicant shall <br />establish legal assurances to ensure that the structures will be <br />maintained and preserved with historical integrity <br />7. In non-commercial zoning districts, no restaurant use shall be <br />established: food may be served to guests only. <br />8. In non-commercial zoning districts, a maximum of one freestanding sign <br />per thoroughfare elan road frontage is allowed.
