<br />4. The number of rentable rooms is determined by multiplying the number
<br />of dwelling units permitted on the site by 1.5 persons.
<br />6. For bed and breakfast establishments involving an historic structure, as
<br />defined in the county's historic protection ordinance, the applicant shall
<br />establish legal assurances to ensure that the structures will be
<br />maintained and preserved with historical integrity
<br />7. In non-commercial zoning districts, no restaurant use shall be
<br />established: food may be served to guests only.
<br />8. In non-commercial zoning districts, a maximum of one freestanding sign
<br />per thoroughfare elan road frontage is allowed. In addition, each sign
<br />shall be limited to a maximum area of 6 square feet, shall be monument
<br />style, shall not be internally illuminated, and shall not contain neon or

<br />and aesthetics of Indian River County, Florida, by regulating and limiting the existing and
<br />proposed posting, display, erection, use and maintenance of signs, billboards, and other
<br />advertising structures within the county.
