Ordinance No. 99-31 <br />exempt from all architectural/ building requirements and foundation planting <br />requirements. Such uses shall comply with the SR 60 Corridor regulations <br />for signs and colors. Along the 981 Avenue frontage of such uses. the SR 60 <br />and Thoroughfare Plan road buffer shall be provided with the following <br />alternative: the 4' hedge and berm requirement may be reduced to a 2' hedge <br />and/or berm in exchange for a 20% increase in required canopy trees or a <br />50% increase in understory trees. As stated in the landscaping and buffer <br />regulations, clustering of trees within the buffer is allowed and encouraged. <br />6. Historic Buildings and Resources: In accordance with Future Land Use <br />Element objective 8 and LDR Chapter 933, historic buildings and resources <br />identified in the "Historic Properties Survey of Indian River County. <br />Florida or by the Historic Resources Advisory Committee. and located <br />within the SR 60 corridor are exempt from special SR 60 Corridor Plan <br />requirements to the extent that applying the special Corridor Plan <br />requirements would: <br />b. Threaten or destroy the historical significance of an identified historic <br />building or resource. <br />Said exemption shall be reviewed by and may be granted by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission upon receiving a recommendation from staff and the <br />Historic Resources Advisory Committee. <br />Land Development Regulations <br />911.19(6)0 <br />is hereby <br />Be The introductoryparagraph <br />historic <br />section <br />building <br />to <br />a.
