ORDINANCE NO. 93- 30 <br />FORTY LINE BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS THE CENTERLINE OF 10 <br />AVENUE AS SHOWN ON PLAT N0. 2 OF HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION, <br />FILED IN PLAT BOOK 11 PAGE 67, OF THE RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH ON SAID FORTY LINE A DISTANCE OF <br />185.3 FEET, THEN EAST. A DISTANCE OF 208.87 FEET, THEN SOUTH <br />AND PARALLEL TO SAID FORTY LINE A DISTANCE OF 209 FEET, THEN <br />WEST A DISTANCE OF 200.94 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF <br />SAID FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILROAD; THEN NORTH 18031' WEST ALONG <br />SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET TO THE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. ALL OF ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND BEING IN THE <br />NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, <br />TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, AND CONTAINING 1 ACRE MORE <br />OR LESS. <br />Be changed from IG to CG. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Land Development Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 19th day of October, 1993. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal <br />on the 28th day of September, 1993 for a public hearing to be held <br />on the 19th day of October, 1993 at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner Tippin seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Richard N.
