RESOLUTION NO. 73-43 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recom- <br />mended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore,. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed <br />as follows: <br />1. That the zoning in that property lying within 2, 640 feet <br />of the Center line of State Road 60, from its intersection with the <br />West boundary line of the City of Vero Beach, Florida, West to the <br />West boundary line of Tracts 2, 7, 10 and 15, Section 5, Township <br />33 South, Range 38 East, be changed in accordance with that Zoning <br />as shown on Zoning Maps Numbers 8C, 8D, 8E, 8F, and <br />8G, approved and signed by the Chairman this 23rd day of <br />May, 1973. <br />ATTEST: <br />MAY 2 31973 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By Gam ,.e ('2/ <br />Alma Lee Loy, Chairman <br />
