KALES' <br />REMARKS REGARDING THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />ON STATE ROAD 60 THAT WAS REZONED To R -IMP AND COMMERCIAL IN <br />APRIL 1972. MAYOR MILLER STATED THAT THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION HAS <br />NOT BEEN SOLD AND IS UNDER THE SAME OWNERSHIP. <br />DR. KALE WITHDREW HIS PREVIOUS COMMENTS. <br />JOHN SAWYERS APPEARED INOPPOSITIONTO THE REZONING OF <br />HIS PROPERTY, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE CHANGING OF THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE ON THAT PROPERTY LYING WITHIN 2,640 FEET OF THE <br />CENTER LINE OF STATE ROAD 60 FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE WEST <br />BOUNDARY LINE OF THE CITY OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, WEST TO THE <br />WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF TRACTS 24-7010 AND 15, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 33SoUTH, <br />RANGE 38 EAST, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE ROAD 60 "CORRIDOR" <br />ZONING PLAN AS PREPARED BY THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND AS ADVERTISED IN THE VERO BEACH PRESS JOURNAL ON <br />MAY 6.- 1973 AND PRESENTED TO THIS BOARD AT TODAYS HEARINGV.- <br />MR. *BRENNAN WAS AUTHORIZED TO PREPARE A ZONING ATLAS AND THE. <br />CHAIRMAN WAS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION. <br />MAY 2 31973 , <br />-14- <br />Boot V <br />. .4 <br />.. 72 <br />'A <br />
