a � � <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED THE <br />REPORT FROM THE DOWNTOWN MERCHANT'S ASSOCIATION AND INSTRUCTED <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE <br />SOLUTIONS INDICATED, <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN SUGGESTED THAT WE HAVE A LETTER <br />FROM THE BAPTIST CHURCH AND THE LUTHERAN CHURCH STATING THAT <br />THEY HAVE NO OBJECTIONS TO COUNTY EMPLOYEES, USING THEIR PARKING <br />LOTS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED SITE PLANS SUBMITTED BY <br />R.F. LLOYD FOR INDIAN RIVER DUNES SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE <br />TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED SITE PLANS SUBMITTED BY <br />EDWIN SCHMUCKER FOR PEBBLE BEACH VILLAS -SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN <br />THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES. <br />MRS. ETHEL MOYE, P.O, Box 115, WINTER BEACH, FLORIDA <br />APPEARED REGARDING HER HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION AND INFORMED THE <br />BOARD THAT SHE HAD HER SON'S NAME REMOVED FROM HER DEED AND HER <br />DAUGHTER'S NAME PUT ON ALONG WITH HER NAME. IN MAKING OUT THE <br />NEW DEED HER NAME WAS INADVERTANTLY LEFT OFF. MRS. MOYE DID <br />NOT REALIZE THIS UNTIL SHE RECEIVED A TAX BILL FROM HOMER FLETCHER, <br />TAX ASSESSOR, IN THE AMOUNT OF $100.00. IN CONVERSATION WITH NSR. <br />FLETCHER,MRS, MOYE WAS INFORMED THAT HER NAME WAS NOT ON THE DEED. <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN STATED THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN ISSUE <br />HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION TO MRS.
