The Administrator will place the <br />complaint on the next available Board of County Commissioners' agenda. <br />After the Board hears the complaint, the Board will make the final decision <br />without further right to administrative appeal. <br />5) A record of the complaint and the action taken at each step will be <br />maintained as the official record in the ADA Coordinator's office. <br />6) A complaint not advanced to the next higher step within the specified time <br />limits shall be deemed permanently withdrawn and as having been resolved <br />on the basis of the decision most recently given. Failure on part of the <br />County's representative to respond within the specified time limit will entitle <br />the complainant to proceed to the next step. <br />
