L <br />MR. THOMAS EXPLAINED TO THE BOARD A PROBLEM THAT EXISTS <br />WITH THE OPERATION OF THE XEROX COPYING MACHINE. DUE TO THE HEAVY <br />VOLUME OF RECORDING WORK AND OTHER COURTHOUSE BUSINESS AND THE <br />CONSTANT BREAKING DOWN OF THE XEROX MACHINE, MR. THOMAS SUGGESTED <br />�THAT THE BOARD CONSIDER OBTAINING ANOTHER MACHINE TO TAKE THE <br />OVERFLOW AND TO BE USED AS A BACK-UP MACHINE. THIS ADDITIONAL <br />MACHINE COULD BE LOCATED IN THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, <br />MR. THOMAS C6NTrN"'bED THAT THERE ARE FOUR SMALLER <br />COPYING MACHINES THROUGHOUT THE COURTHOUSE THAT COULD BE <br />TRADED IN TOWARDS THE RENTAL OF ANOTHER LARGE XEROX MACHINE. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR SUGGESTED THAT ONE OPERATOR FOR THE <br />MACHINE BE CONSIDERED TO DO ALL THE COPYWORK FOR THE COURTHOUSE, <br />THE BOARD INSTRUCTED MR. THOMAS AND THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO INVESTIGATE THIS FURTHER. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE <br />APPLICATIONS FOR PETER G. SABONJOHN SR., WALTER EDWARDS, DEBORAH <br />M. ROMANI, ROBERT GENE TISDALE AND WILLIAM ELMER DUNMIRE FOR <br />PISTOL PERMITS TO CARRY FIREARMS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE REQUEST <br />FOR OUT -OF -COUNTY TRAVEL FOR GLADYS VIGLIANO, WELFARE DIRECTOR, <br />TO WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA ON .JUNE 20TH, 1973 TO ATTEND A <br />GROUP CONFERENCE WITH THE DIVISION OF FAMILY SERVICES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE REQUEST <br />FOR OUT -OF -COUNTY TRAVEL FOR FORREST N.- MCCULLARS, COUNTY <br />EXTENSION DIRECTOR, TO ATTEND AN EXTENSION MARINE ADVISORY <br />CONFERENCE IN WEST PALM BEACH ON .JUNE 21, 1973; AND TO ATTEND <br />A MARINE ADVISORY CONFERENCE IN TAMPA ON .JUNE 22, 230 1973. <br />THE BOARD REQUESTS MR.
