I <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-031 <br />hundred fifty (150) feet within one (1) statutory <br />mile (5,280 feet) from the edge of the private <br />airport primary surface; and <br />(ii) A 12:1 glide path ratio in the Conical Zone <br />limiting the heights of new antenna -supporting <br />structures to six hundred (600) feet within one <br />(1) statutory mile (5,280 feet) from the edge of <br />the Horizontal Zone. <br />(iii) This subsection shall NOT apply to any structure <br />proposed to be located within the Airport <br />Overlay Zone as set forth in Section 911.17 of <br />this Code, which provisions shall supercede <br />those of this subsection (m) <br />n. Adverse Effects on Adjacent Properties <br />1. New antenna -supporting structures shall be configured <br />and located in a manner that shall minimize adverse <br />effects including visual impacts on adjacent properties. <br />The applicant shall demonstrate that alternative <br />locations, configurations, and facility types have been <br />examined and shall address in narrative form the <br />feasibility of any alternatives that may have fewer <br />adverse effects on adjacent properties than the facility, <br />configuration, and location proposed. <br />2. The following attributes shall be considered from <br />vantage points at adjacent properties, roadways and <br />occupied structures: <br />(i) Height and location; and <br />(ii) Mass and scale; and <br />(iii) Materials and color; and <br />(iv) Illumination; and <br />(v) <br />Existing <br />and <br />proposed <br />vegetation and <br />An <br />applicant <br />intervening <br />structures. <br />shall <br />demonstrate <br />Coding: Words in stfike through are deletions from existing law.
