TMS prOVILSIOU WL" "WU <br />in . the possession of the Lessee occasioned by its failure to keep in good <br />-standing any mortgage encumbering its interest in this Lease. <br />H. -LESSORS RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />The Lessor will have the right to enter upon the demised premises at <br />all reasonable times I to examine the condition and use thereof; provided that <br />such right will be exercised in such a manner as not to interfere with the <br />Lessee in the conduct of the Lessee's project on the demised premises. <br />L EXPIRATION PROVISION <br />Upon the expiration of this Lease*# all buildings, fixtures, recreational <br />facilities and permanent improvements placed upon the above described pro- <br />perty shall become the property of the Lessor and thereupon the Lessor <br />shall be entitled to immediate possession of same. <br />J. REMEDIES UPON DEFAULT <br />In the event of any default, made by the Lessee in the payment of any <br />of the rent herein provided it shall and may be lawful for the Lessor at <br />its election, to declare said demised term ended and to'reenter upon said <br />premises either with or without process of law. <br />Though this be a long Lease, the parties understand and agree that the <br />relationship between them is that of landlord and tenant, and that the Lessee <br />in - of Flori- <br />specifically acknowledged that all statutory proceedings in the State <br />da, regulating the relationship of landlord and tenant, and the remedies <br />accruing to the landlord upon default of the tenants, respecting collecting <br />of rent or repossession of the premises, accrue to the Lessor hereinunder. <br />There shall be no forfeiture of the term because of any default on the <br />part of the Lessee unless the Lessee shall fall to cure such default within <br />thirty (30). days after written notice by the Lessor to so do. if at the expira- <br />tion of such thirty -day period after such notice, such default, which was the <br />basis of such notice, shall continue to exist, the Lessor may give to the <br />Lessee written notice of intention to end the term of this Lease. specifying <br />
