This visual screen may <br />consist of a berm with shrubs planted across the top in either an offset double row <br />or a serpentine pattern, or a four -foot vegetative screen. The visual screen must be <br />at least four feet high above the grade of the project site parking area and must be <br />installed prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy (CO). <br />Shrubs shall be planted on twenty-four (24) -to -thirty (30) inch centers. Berms if <br />used shall have a slope no steeper than three (3) horizontal to one vertical, with a <br />four -foot plateau.
