1 <br />ORDINANCE 2005-030 <br />meeting this common green space requirement. For purposes of this regulation, <br />"recreation space" may include recreational facilities and amenities such as ball <br />courts, pools, clubhouses, similar facilities, and supporting improvements such as <br />parking area. Common spaces credited toward meeting this requirement shall be <br />located and designed to be conveniently accessible to all project residents, and shall <br />be sized, located, and designed to function as a project amenity such as a park, <br />conservation area, recreation facility, or other similar type of amenity. <br />PART IV: AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 915, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (P.D.) <br />PROCESS AND STANDARDS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ORDINANCE <br />11.
