In the Wabasso <br />Corridor, the following special regulations shall apply to new non-residential and mixed <br />use (combination of residential/commercial) development that requires major site plan <br />approval. Speeial regulatiorts, as speeified herein, <br />within the E3 c i n East r ___._: a __ e_ib area, as defined �- -rei <br />e <br />(a) Prohibited uses: The following land uses shall be prohibited: <br />Outdoor display of automobiles/motorized vehicles for sale or rental. <br />2. Outdoor display of mobile homes for sale or rental. <br />3. Outdoor display of boats for sale or rental; <br />4. Drive-in theaters, <br />5. Recycling centers; <br />6. Transmission towers; <br />7. Flea markets; <br />8. Transient merchant uses; and <br />9. Temporary sales events that require temporary use permits and are conducted <br />outside of enclosed buildings. <br />Specifically, there shall be no outside display of merchandise on public sidewalks <br />(within public rights-of-way or easements) or rights-of-way. Outside display of <br />merchandise shall be allowed on private property; provided, however, that outside <br />display of merchandise is allowed only on sidewalks abutting buildings occupied by <br />the business displaying the merchandise.
