Transmission towers; <br />7. Flea markets; <br />8. Transient merchant uses; and <br />9. Temporary sales events that require temporary use permits and are conducted <br />outside of enclosed buildings. <br />Specifically, there shall be no outside display of merchandise on public sidewalks <br />(within public rights-of-way or easements) or rights-of-way. Outside display of <br />merchandise shall be allowed on private property; provided, however, that outside <br />display of merchandise is allowed only on sidewalks abutting buildings occupied by <br />the business displaying the merchandise.
