ORDINANCE NO. 2002, NJ <br />Lite] Itelm 10103 LID 10 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, on December 13, 2001, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, held a public hearing and subsequently made a <br />recommendation regarding this rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida to -wit: <br />Being a part of the northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 <br />East Indian River County, Florida, being more fully described as follows: <br />Commencing at the center of said Section 12; thence N00°39'45"E, along the quarter <br />section line a distance of 43.50 feet; thence N89°26'30"W, distance of 165.00 feet <br />to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N89°26'30"W along the north right <br />of way line of 12"' street as recorded in o.r.b. 1328 page 0371 public records of Indian <br />River County, Florida, a distance of 530.44 feet to the east right of way line of the <br />Florida East Coast Railroad; thence N17058'07"W along said right of way line, a <br />distance of 831.76 feet; thence S89032'22"E, a distance of 921.18 feet to the west <br />UILESERVERTUBLIC\Community Development\Users\CurDev\ORDIANCE\Vero Mall.doc <br />
