M ORDINANCE NO, 2002-001 right of way line of U.S. Highway No. l; thence S00°39'45"W along said right of way line, a distance of 673.73 feet to the northeast corner of lands described in o.r.b. 757 page 1924 public records of Indian River County, Florida; thence N89026'30"W along the north line of said lands recorded in o.r.b. 757 page 1924, a distance of 125.00. feet; thence S00°39'48"W along the west line of said lands recorded in o.r.b. 757 page 1924, a distance of 116.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 607,867.50 square feet or 13.95 acres, more or less. Subject to all easements, restrictions and reservations of record. Be changed from CG (General Commercial)to PD (Planned Development — Commercial). All with meaning and intent as set forth and described in said land development regulations, and the attached approved conceptual PD plan and landscape plan. The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 8th day of January , 2002. This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on the 3rd day of December, 2001, for public hearing to be held on the 8th day of January , 2002 at which time at the final hearing it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted by the following vote; Caroline D.
