ORDINANCE NO. 2004- 016 <br />EAST, A DISTANCE OF 701.87 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°16'04" EAST, A DISTANCE OF <br />644.03 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID TRACT 4; THENCE, ALONG SAID <br />LINE, SOUTH 00°19'54" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 710.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF <br />RECORD. <br />SAID LANDS LYING AND SITUATE IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND <br />CONTAINING 10.76 ACRES (468,939 SQUARE FEET), MORE OR LESS. <br />is changed from RS -6, Single -Family Residential District (up to 6 units/acre) to RM -6, Multi -Family <br />Residential District (up to 6 units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 1St day of June, 2004. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 19th day of May, 2004, for a <br />public hearing to be held on the 1St day of June, 2004, at which time it was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Neuberger , seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
