<br />HE HAD NO OBJECTION TO THE ISSUANCE OF A SEWER AND WATER FRANCHISE
<br />TO VILLAGE GREEN MOBILE HOME PARK.
<br />THE ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT VILLAGE GREEN MOBILE HOME
<br />PARK HAD MET ALL UTILITY FRANCHISE REQUIREMENTS,
<br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD,
<br />THERE WERE NONE AND.ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, SECONDED
<br />BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE SEWER
<br />AND WATER FRANCHISE FOR VILLAGE GREEN MOBILE HOME PARK SUBJECT TO
<br />THE APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY AND AUTHORIZED
<br />THE SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN.
<br />THE•HOUR OF 1:30 O'CLOCK P.M. HAVING PASSED, THE DEPUTY
