THIS PROPERTY IS SURROUNDED BY THE MOORINGS <br />GOLF COURSE AND THE INDIAN RIVER. THERE ARE NO RESIDENTS <br />WITHIN 300 FEET OF THIS AREA. <br />CHAIRMAN SOY ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYONE PRESENT WHO <br />WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />HEPBURN WALKER, ST. CHRISTOPHER BEACH, APPEARED <br />IN FAVOR OF THIS ZONING CHANGE. <br />JEROME KRAMER REPRESENTING THE VERO BEACH ASSOCIATION <br />WAS OPPOSED TO ANY REZONING IN THE SOUTH BEACH AREA AND REMINDED <br />THE BOARD THAT THERE IS A LAW SUIT NOW PENDING INVOLVING THE BOARD'S <br />DECISION TO DENY REZONING OF PROPERTY TO MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS <br />IN THE SOUTH BEACH AREA. MR. KRAMER WAS IN OPPOSITION TO THIS <br />ZONING CHANGE. <br />CLOYD ELIAS, REPRESENTING THE BILLOWS BY THE SEA <br />STATED THAT THEY WERE IN FAVOR OF THIS ZONING CHANGE. <br />BOBBIE KENDRICK, SURFSIDE TERRACE APPEARED IN <br />OPPOSITION TO THE CHANGE IN ZONING. <br />PETER BENEDICT REPRESENTING ST. EDWARD'S SCHOOL <br />APPEARED TO ENDORSE THE REZONING OF THIS PROPERTY AND MR. GONZALEZ' <br />PROJECT, <br />GRANT WORTMAN, SURF,.IDE.TERRACE APPEARED IN OPPOSITIO:l <br />TO THE REZONING OF THIS PROPERTY. <br />TOM HACKETT APPEARED IN OPPOSITION TO THE ZONING CHANGE <br />CHET RINGENOLDUS APPEARED IN FAVOR OF.-T.HIS ZONING <br />CHANGE. <br />ROBERT RAMSDELL APPEARED IN FAVOR OF THIS ZONING CHANGE. <br />N.
