11 <br />CONTINUED THAT HE HAD NOTIFIED ALL PROPERTY OWNERS BY LETTER <br />THAT THE COUNTY WOULD HAVE TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL ACCESS ALONG <br />THE BACK PROPERTY LINE TO DIG A DRAINAGE SWALE. THEY WERE <br />INFORMED THAT AN ADDITIONAL 15 FEET OF PROPERTY DEEDED TO THE <br />COUNTY WOULD BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO RELIEVE THIS DRAINAGE <br />PROBLEM, <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT HE HAS RECEIVED ONLY <br />TWO RESPONSES TO HIS LETTER, ONE WAS OPPOSED AND THE OTHER <br />WAS NOT SURE. IT WAS STATED THAT WITHOUT THE FULL COOPERATION <br />OF THE 12 PROPERTY OWNERS NOTHING COULD BE DONE. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED REMOVING THE TREES AND OBTAINING <br />A TEMPORARY EASEMENT FROM AN ADJOURNING GROVE OWNER IN ORDER <br />TO DO THIS. ALSO DISCUSSED WAS THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DRAINAGE <br />SWALE IN THE FRONT OF THEIR HOMES AND THE PROPERTY OWNERS PAYING <br />FOR THE CULVERTS INSTALLED. THE BOARD SUGGESTED THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />WRITE ANOTHER LETTER TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS OUTLINING THE AL— <br />TERNATIVES.— THE BOARD ALSO SUGGESTED SCHEDULING A MEETING <br />WITH THESE PROPERTY OWNERS IF NECESSARY, IN ORDER TO GET THIS <br />PROBLEM SOLVED. <br />THE FOLLOWING COURT ORDER; JURY LIST AND CERTIFICATION <br />ARE HEREBY BEING MADE APART OF THESE MINUTES. <br />— 11 — <br />DEC, •4 1973 r cc��QQ <br />
