<br />MR. DAVIS WOULD ACCEPT A REZONING TO LM 1, A MORE
<br />RESTRICTIVE ZONING.
<br />BOB BERG, ASSISTANT PLANNING DIRECTOR STATED THAT THIS
<br />PROPERTY LIES WEST OF OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY AND EAST OF OLD DIXIE
<br />HIGHWAY. THE PROPERTY IS ZONED R-1 RESIDENTIAL AND THAT
<br />CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE RESIDENTS IN THIS AREA.
<br />A BUFFER ZONE OF ZOO FEET ON OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY WAS SUGGESTED
<br />AND MR. DAVIS AGREED TO THIS.
<br />DEWEY WALKER, ZONING INSPECTOR STATED THAT IN THIS AREA BEING
<br />CONSIDERED FOR INDUSTRIAL REZONING THERE IS A SMALL TRIANGLE
<br />OF LAND THAT IS ZONED COMMERCIAL AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN
