THIS LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR REZONING. MR. WALKER SUGGESTED <br />THAT THIS SMALL TRIANGLE OF PROPERTY ALSO BE REZONED TO <br />INDUSTRIAL. MR. DAVIS STATED THAT THIS WILL BE DONE AS SOON <br />AS THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CAN BE DETERMINED. <br />BOB BERG, ASSISTANT PLANNING DIRECTOR STATED THAT <br />THERE IS A LACK OF PROPER DRAINAGE IN THIS AREA AND MR. <br />DAVIS STATED HE WILL MEET WITH THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND ENGINEERS TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. <br />THE ZONING COMMISSION DENIED THIS REQUEST BASED ON <br />THE LACK OF A BUFFER ZONE AND THE FACT THAT THE SMALL TRIANGLE <br />OF LAND WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS REZONING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE <br />REZONING AS REQUESTED BY WELLINGTON STEVENS II EXCLUDING <br />LOTS 17, 18, 19, 22 AND 23 OF BLOCK 2 AND LOTS 20 TO 28 INCLUSIVE <br />OF BLOCK 3.
