RESOLUTION NO. 74-2 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, make its final report denying the following <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and <br />WHEREAS „ this Board did publish its notice of said requested <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now,. therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property owned by Wellington Stevens, II, situated in <br />Indian County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1 to 20 inclusive, Block 1; Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, <br />Block 2; Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, Block 3, all in GLORIA <br />GARDENS, according to the plat of said subdivision filed <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. <br />Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 5, page 33; said land <br />now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District to <br />M-1 Restricted Industrial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-15_ <br />900K � PACE 30 <br />
