M <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-3 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning flap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the,Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property owned by Paramount Aquarium, Inc. represented by <br />Dr. George Kelley, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the South 1/2 of Tract 13, Section 35, Town- <br />ship 33 -South, Range 39 -East, less canal, according to <br />the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page <br />25, more particularly described as follows: <br />From the SW corner of Tract 13, Section 35, Township 33 - <br />South, Range 39 -East, run North a distance of 407.63'; <br />thence run due East a distance of 25.00' for the Point of <br />Beginning; thence run North a distance of 175.00" thence <br />run East a distance of 647.5'; thence, run North and para- <br />llel with Emerson Avenue a distance of 132.62'; thence, run <br />East a distance of 647.50'; thence run south a distance of <br />-615.231; thence, run West a distance of 647.50'; thence, run <br />North a distance of 307.631; thence, run West to the Point <br />of Beginning. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District and R-1 Single Fam- <br />ily District, to A -Agricultural District. <br />r <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-17- <br />BOOK PACE #32. <br />
