PETER SABONJOHN APPEARED REQUESTING APPROVAL TO REPLAT
LOTS 4, 5 AND 6 IN YORKSHIRE SUBDIVISION.
MR. SABONJOHN HAS APPEARED BEFORE THE BOARD ON
NOVEMBER 7TH, AND DECEMBER 19TH, 1973 IN AN EFFORT TO REPLAT LOTS 4,
5 AND 6 IN YORKSHIRE SUBDIVISION.
MR, SABONJOHN DOES NOT OWN ALL THE PROPERTY IN THIS
SUBDIVISION AND A MEETING WITH .JACK .JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR,
COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, AL PANDA, ENGINEER AND MR. SABONJOHN
WAS SCHEDULED TO REDESIGN A PLAT OF THESE LOTS TO PRESENT TO
THE BOARD AND MR. SABONJOHN IS HERE TODAY FOR THE BOARD'S
APPROVAL OF THIS NEW REPLAT,
COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS STATED THAT THIS SUBDIVISION
WAS A DIFFICULT ONE TO REDESIGN, BUT STATED THAT HE WOULD
LIKE TO SEE ON THE PLAT A STATEMENT THAT THE ROADS WILL BE
CONSTRUCTED WITH AN INVERTED CROWN USING A SOIL CEMENT BASE
AND ASPHALT PAVING. COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS STATED THAT THIS
PERMANENT ROAD WOULD INSURE PERMANENT DRAINAGE.
MR. SABONJOHN STATED THAT HE DOES NOT OWN ALL THE
PROPERTY IN THIS SUBDIVISION AND THE OTHER PROPERTY OWNERS
HAVE EXPRESSED NO INTEREST IN PAYING THEIR SHARE OF THE EX-
PENSE FOR PAVING AND HE PROPOSED TO GRADE AND MARL COAT THE
ROADS. HE ALSO SUGGESTED PUTTING IN THE DEED THAT THE
ROADS WILL HAVE TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS
IN THIS SUBDIVISION.
COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS STATED THAT HE COULD ONLY
SUPPORT APPROVAL OF THIS SUBDIVISION IF PERMANENT ROADS
ARE CONSTRUCTED IN ORDER TO INSURE PERMANENT DRAINAGE.
ATTORNEY BURCH STATED THAT THIS MEETS SUBDIVISION
REGULATIONS FOR A PRIVATE SUBDIVISION.
COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS ALSO QUESTIONED IF THE ROAD
FROM THE SUBDIVISION PROPERTY LINE TO THE COUNTY PAVED ROAD
WOULD BE PAVED. MR. SABONJOHN STATED THAT IF THIS IS A RE-
QUIREMENT, HE WOULD COMPLY.
7_
JAN 9 1974 BOOK 19 puf 22
