THOMAS TO ATTEND A MEETING OF THE <br />FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT IN STUART, FLORIDA ON FRIDAY, <br />JANUARY 25, 1974. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE FINANCE <br />OFFICER TO HIRE MCALPIN, CURTIS AND O'HAIRE, CERTIFIED PUBLIC <br />ACCOUNTING FIRM TO PREPARE THE COUNTY'S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT, <br />HARRY MCGINNIS, ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER, INFORMED THE <br />BOARD THAT THE STATE HAS ALLOCATED $40 MILLION TO. -BE USED FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF RECREATIONAL LANDS AND $200 MILLION FOR EN— <br />VIRONMENTALLY ENDANGERED LANDS AND THAT THE COUNTY COULD SUBMIT <br />APPLICATIONS IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR SOME OF THESE FUNDS. <br />BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS IT IS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH <br />PRIORITIES. <br />THE BOARD AGREED TO REFER THIS TO COMMISSIONER MASSEY <br />AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY COMMITTEE TO ESTABLISH PRIORITIES <br />REGARDING ENDANGERED LANDS, <br />PETE MUSICK, SURVEYOR APPEARED REQUESTING FINAL <br />APPROVAL OF WILDWOOD SUBDIVISION. THIS PLAT WAS REVIEWED <br />BY THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR AND HE HAD NO OBJECTIONS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL <br />APPROVAL TO WILDWOOD SUBDIVISION. <br />MARVIN CARTER APPEARED REQUESTING FINAL APPROVAL OF <br />PINE WOOD LANE SUBDIVISION. THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR REVIEWED <br />THE PLAT AND HAD NO OBJECTIONS TO GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL <br />APPROVAL TO PINE WOOD LANE SUBDIVISION. <br />MARVIN CARTER APPEARED REQUESTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL <br />OF SEARS COVE SUBDIVISION. <br />JAN 2 3,1974 BOOK 19 PAGf243 <br />
