Site Plan Submittal Requirements <br />Land development regulations section 914.14(12)(e) is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />(e) Fire lanes which shall be at least ten (19) twenty <br />(20)feet in width; exception: reduction of fire lane <br />width may be permitted only when approved by the Fire <br />Division. <br />14. Site Plan Submittal Requirements <br />Land development regulations section 914.14(14)(b) is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />(b) All water and sewer lines within the connection <br />distance required by the Florida administrative code <br />must be noted on plans or a proposed connection to <br />public water and sewer must be shown. <br />_ All existing and proposed fire protection water <br />lines within the boundaries of, or adjacent to, <br />the site must be shown. This shall include <br />backflow prevention devices, fire department <br />connections, and fire hydrants. <br />15. Site Plan Review Standards <br />Land development regulations section 914.15(9)is hereby <br />established to read as follows: <br />Fire hydrants and water supply systems shall be <br />I <br />nstalled located, and designed in conformance <br />with the rules set forth by the department of <br />utility services and the fire division. <br />(bb) Fire hydrants shall be installed within five <br />hundred (500) feet of the most remote portion of <br />any new buildings, measured along the fire truck <br />access route to the outside building perimeter. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press - <br />Journal on the 6th day of June 2001, for a public <br />hearing to be held on the 19th day of June , <br />2001, at which time it was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Adams seconded by <br />Coding: Words in st+ikt� ttn# type are deletions from existing law.
