11. Pre -application Conference Submittal Requirements <br />Land development regulations section 914.06(2)(d)2 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows. <br />2. Ten (10) plan sets (twenty-four (24) inches by <br />thirty-six (36) inches) depicting: <br />a. Proposed buildings and structures; <br />b. Proposed parking areas, vehicular and <br />pedestrian circulation systems; <br />c. Location map, <br />d. All driveways and roadways near the site; <br />e. Open space and all required buffer areas, and <br />native vegetation preservation areas; <br />f. Right-of-way and traffic improvements, <br />existing conditions and proposed <br />I <br />mprovements; <br />g. Drainage features, environmentally sensitive <br />areas and environmentally significant areas; <br />h. Conceptual stormwater management systems; <br />I <br />. All fire lanes and emergency access ways; <br />IM Location of existing and proposed fire <br />hydrant(s) within 500 ft. <br />k. Provisions for fire protection water supply. <br />12. Conceptual Site Plan Submittal Requirements <br />Land development regulations section 914.14(4)(b)6 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />6. The plan shall depict the following information: <br />a. Building envelope locations; <br />b. Parking areas and circulation <br />c. Stormwater management tract locations, <br />d. Setbacks from all property lines, <br />e. The location of all driveways, <br />f. An estimate of average daily trips (for those <br />uses not required to perform a traffic impact <br />analysis); <br />g. Flood zone; <br />h.
