Eut <br />when you look at the total cost of the project, we think <br />that would be difficult for the type of community that you <br />are, a basically retired community, fixed income community, <br />to ray that substantial cost which will come out of our <br />report of such a system without sore sort of assistance. <br />And the only assistance that's available at this time was <br />this FPA/PFR grant. <br />Ve've retained the consultants of Camp, Presser, <br />McKee to give us all the information that's necessary so we <br />can pass to you and to prepare the necessary applications <br />for the DER and EPA, which were very, very extensive. The <br />study that had to go into doing your proiect, for an <br />example, because it's an even Fnvironmental Protection <br />Agency project, there's more study that Trent into your small <br />area than went into the entire Hater treatment plant that <br />services the entire south county area. Put the regulations <br />are there for reasons to protect the other taxpayers that <br />are paying for these feeeral grants, that some community <br />doesn't come in and Just build for the sake of building and <br />wasting their money. <br />So with that little back ground, there are some <br />specific provisions that we have to cover under the law and <br />one of them is this public hearing.
