4. The provision of Title 1, Chapter 101 of the Code of <br />Ordinances of Indian River County shall apply to this <br />advisory committee. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
