14 . 2 . 3 - Delinquent Accounts : In the event any account is <br /> not fully paid within fifty ( 50 ) days from the billing date , <br /> the account shall be deemed delinquent . The customer shall be <br /> sent a written notice of such delinquency by the Collector . If <br /> any delinquent account is not paid in full within ten ( 10 ) days <br /> after sending such notice , collection service shall cease . <br /> 14 . 2 . 4 - Delinquency Charge : Collector may charge <br /> interest as provided by law on the past due amount of any <br /> account remaining unpaid after sixty ( 60 ) days from the billing <br /> date , providing services have been rendered and the customer has <br /> not requested that Collector terminate service prior to three <br /> ( 3 ) days before the payment due date . <br /> 14 . 2 . 5 - A deposit shall be paid to the Collector on all <br /> reinstated delinquent accounts in an amount equivalent to the <br /> collection fee for one ( 1 ) month . The deposit may be applied <br /> to any account not paid within thirty ( 30 ) days , or , upon <br /> request of a user terminating service , the deposit may be <br /> applied to the customer ' s final billing . <br /> 14 . 2 . 6 - Reinstatement of Delinquent Accounts : Any <br /> delinquent account may be reinstated upon payment of the past <br /> due balance , any delinquent fee and the necessary deposit . <br /> Service to such reinstated accounts shall resume upon the next <br /> scheduled collection day after such reinstatement . <br /> 14 . 3 - Residential Recycling Services Rates & Billing : <br /> 14 . 3 . 1 - Residential Recycling Services Rates : <br /> Residential Recycling Services per residential unit will be <br /> charged at the following rate per month - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 1 . 50 . <br /> 14 . 3 . 2 - Residential Recycling Services Billing : <br /> Payment to Collector for residential recycling services shall be <br /> the responsibility of the S . W . D . D . As part consideration for <br /> the services to be performed by Collector hereunder , Collector <br /> shall be paid the sum set forth in Section 14 . 3 . 1 for <br /> residential recycling services . Collector shall submit an <br /> invoice to the S . W . D . D . by the 10th of each month for <br /> residential recycling services rendered during the preceding <br /> - 28 - <br /> HSFRANCH .
