I <br />APR 241974 <br />THE BOARD AGREED THAT THE PREDOMINANT USE OF THE <br />PROPERTY IS AGRICULTURE AND MR. SCHMIDT SHOULD DECIDE IF HE <br />WANTS TO REZONE HIS PROPERTY TO AGRICULTURE IN ORDER TO <br />OBTAIN APPROVAL TO PLACE A MOBILE HOME ON HIS PROPERTY OR <br />TO KEEP IT ZONED INDUSTRIAL AND NOT BE ABLE TO PLACE A <br />MOBILE HOME ON HIS PROPERTY. <br />ON LOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY. <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY SUGGESTED THAT <br />MR. SCHMIDT BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE HIS DECISION <br />AND THAT THIS MATTER, BE CONTINUED UNTIL MR, SCHMIDT NOTIFIES <br />US THAT HE WISHES TO BE PLACED ON THE AGENDA. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD THAT DR. ROBERT <br />RADIN HAD RECEIVED TENTATIVE APPROVAL FOR A PRIVATE ROAD <br />SUBDIVISION IN TRACT 9, SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 33, RANGE 39 AND <br />IS NOW REQUESTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF AN ALTERNATE PLAN FOR <br />THIS SAME PROPERTY. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR -WAS INSTRUCTED TO INFORM DR. RADIN <br />THAT THE BOARD WILL APPROVE A REVISED PLAN, BUT ARE RELUCTANT <br />TO APPROVE AN ALTERNATE PLAN. BOTH PLANS ARE ACCEPTAILE TO <br />THE BOARD, BUT DR, RADIN MUST DECIDE WHICH PLAN HE WANTS TO USE, <br />THE BOARD AGREED THAT DR, RADIN SHOULD BE INFORMED THAT <br />A 15 FOOT UTILITY DRAINAGE EASEMENT ABUTTING EACH SIDE OF THE <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY SHOULD IN INDICATED ON THE PLAT, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE <br />FOLLOWING RESOLUTION No. 74-26. <br />9 <br />4 <br />
