of 2006, a three party interlocal agreement was entered into by the three MPOs. The Treasure Coast <br /> Transportation Council (TCTC) was created through this agreement. Execution of this agreement <br /> and creation of the TCTC fulfilled the second threshold requirement of TRIP eligible groups. <br /> The priorities endorsed by staff are as follows: <br /> Project FDOT Priority Activi <br /> Martin County MPO <br /> 1. Cross-town Parkway(PSL)-Any unfunded portion 1, 2, 3 Construction <br /> 3. Midway Road-Turnpike Overpass to 25th Street 1,2. Design <br /> Indian River County MPO <br /> 1. Oslo,Road-10th Avenue SW to 27t1'Ave. 1, 2, 3 Construction <br /> 2. CR512-Interstate 95 to Sebastian Middle School 1, 2 Construction <br /> Inter-county Regional Project <br /> Future Research Highway-CR609 extension from SR710 in Martin <br /> County to Indian River County 1, 2 PD&E Study <br /> Commissioner Neuberger asked for the name of CR 609. <br /> Commissioner DiTerlizzi stated Allapattah Road in Martin County out of Indiantown. <br /> Mr. Brillhart stated it goes to Rangeline Road in St. Lucie County to Old FFA Road then curves <br /> over. <br /> Mr. Matson's statements are inaudible. Showed where CR609 goes into Indian River County on <br /> the map which was 82nd Ave. <br /> Mr. Brillhart stated that Mr. Wolfe, District four secretary has comments to add. <br /> Mr. Wolfe's comments are inaudible. <br /> Ms. Miller's comments are inaudible. <br /> Ms. Perrotta's comments are inaudible. <br /> Commissioner DiTerlizzi asked how long the money can be carried over.
