SMITH HAD BEEN AUTHORIZED <br />TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT WAS INVOVLED IN A "201" APPLICATION <br />AND HE CHECKED WITH THE STATE TO DETERMINE APPROXIMATELY <br />WHAT THEY FELT THE COST WOULD BE TO DEVELOP THIS WHOLE <br />APPLICATION. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT SAID THAT THIS ESTIMATED COST HAD <br />BEEN BROKEN DOWN IN GREAT DETAIL SHOWING MAN HOURS, TIME <br />REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS, ETC. <br />ATTORNEY BURCH ASKED IF ONE MUNICIPALITY COULD ACT <br />INDEPENDENTLY OF ANOTHER UNDER THE GRANT. <br />MR. STRAHM EXPLAINED THAT THE COUNTY MUST GET USER <br />AGREEMENTS WITH ALL OF THE OUT -LYING AREAS BEFORE IT CAN GET <br />THE GRANT., <br />CHAIRMAN LOY THEN ADDRESSED ALL THE OFFICIALS OF <br />THE VARIOUS MUNICIPALITIES AND REQUESTED THAT THEY TAKE THIS <br />INFORMATION BACK TO THEIR COUNCILS FOR DISCUSSION AND THEN <br />MAKE THEIR WISHES KNOWN TO THIS BOARD, SO THAT A DECISION CAN <br />BE MADE AS TO WHETHER TO.PROCEED WITH THIS "201" PLAN. <br />DR, SMITH INFORMED THE BOARD THAT IF THE MUNICIPALITIES <br />DO DECIDE THEY WANT TO PARTICIPATE, THE COMMISSIONERS WOULD <br />NEED A RESOLUTION FROM EACH OF THEM NAMING AN INDIVIDUAL AS A <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO WORK IN THE PLANNING OPERATION, <br />MAYOR CRAGG OF THE TOWN OF SEBASTIAN STATED HE FELT <br />THAT THIS IS ONE TIME WE ALL SHOULD PULL TOGETHER ESPECIALLY <br />AS IT ISN IT GOING TO COST ANYTHING FURTHER AND WE SHOULD AT <br />LEAST GET THE "201" PLAN. <br />r 84flf( 20 PACE 189 <br />
