<br />THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this Ie day of June,

<br />corporation, Grantee,

<br />The Grantor, in consideration of an easement of this same date
<br />from Grantee to Grantor, grants to Grantee, its successors or assigns,
<br />an easement or right-of-way over the following described property
<br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
<br />From the NW corner of the SW's of the SE4 of Section 2, -
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, run East a distance of
<br />80 feet, thence South a distance of 75 feet, thence East a
<br />distance of 375 feet to the Point of Beginning, from said
<br />Point of Beginning run East .a distance of 100 feet, thence
<br />South a distance of 270 feet, thence West a distance of. 100
<br />feet, thence North to the Point of Beginning.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement hereby granted, unto the Grantee,
<br />its successors and assigns, for the purpose of building a fence across
<br />said property to be approved by Grantor and for maintaining the fence
<br />and property'therebyincluded. This easement shall be revocable at
<br />the option of the Grantor.
