<br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER
<br />THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this l d day of June,
<br />1974, by and between ST. FRANCIS MANOR OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, INC.,
<br />a Florida non-profit corporation, Grantor, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, Grantee,
<br />W I T N E S S E T H:
<br />The Grantor, in consideration of an easement of this same date
<br />from Grantee to Grantor, grants to Grantee, its successors or assigns,
<br />an easement or right-of-way over the following described property
<br />situated in Indian River County, Florida,to-wit:
<br />From the NW corner of the SW's of the SE'ki of Section 2,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, run East a distance of
<br />80 feet, thence South a distance of 75 feet, thence East a
<br />distance of 375 feet, thence South 270 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning, from said Point of Beginning run West 25 feet,
<br />South 25 feet, East 25 feet and North 25 feet to the Point
<br />of Beginning.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement hereby granted unto the Grantee,
<br />its successors and assigns for the purpose of using that land for a
<br />radio antenna tie -down located thereon and for servicing the same.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this Deed to be signed
<br />by its officers -thereto -duly authorized and its seal to be affixed.
<br />Signed, sealed and delivered ST. FRANCIS MANOR OF BEACH, FLORIDA,

<br />acknowledged executing the same in the presence of two subscribing
<br />witnesses freely and voluntarily under authority duly vested in them
<br />by said corporation, and that the seal affixed thereto is the true
<br />corporate seal of said corporation.
