WILCOX IS SUING THE COUNTY IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET <br />THE COURT TO REZONE SOUTH BEACH PROPERTY TO MULTIPLE ZONING <br />.USE. MR.NEILL STATED THAT MR. WILCOX, THE OWNER OF THE <br />PROPERTY, HAS OFFERED A SETTLEMENT PROPOSAL OF A 150 FOOT BUFFER <br />ZONE OF SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF <br />HIS PROPERTY, <br />THIS PROPERTY IN QUESTION IS BOUNDED ON THE NORTH AND <br />SOUTH BY SINGLE FAMILY ZONING. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED AND MR. NEILL STATED THAT HE <br />ESTIMATED THE COST OF TAKING THE CASE TO TRIAL WOULD BE <br />$5,000 - $10,000 AND STATED THAT NO MATTER WHO WINS THE <br />DECISION PROBABLY WOULD BE APPEALED INVOLVING ADDITIONAL <br />LEGAL COST, <br />12 <br />
