WILCOX APPEARED AND MADE HIS PRESENTATION. <br />CLARK DEPUE II APPEARED AND STATED THAT HE IS THE <br />CLOSEST RESIDENT TO THIS PROPERTY AND THAT HE IS OPPOSED TO <br />MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONING IN THE SOUTH BEACH AREA. <br />AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION IT WAS THE DECISION OF THE <br />BOARD THAT MR. NEILL FILE A MOTION FOR TRAIL AND TO PROCEED <br />WITH THE COURT CASE, <br />MARVIN CARTER, REPRESENTING JACK REDISH AND MAX <br />SCONYERS, APPEARED REQUESTING FINAL APPROVAL OF SUNDOWNERS <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />MR. CARTER STATED THAT THE COMPLETION OF THE PRIVATE <br />PAVED STREET HAS BEEN DELAYED BECAUSE OF THE RECENT RAINS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL <br />APPROVAL -TO SUNDOWNERS SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO THE COMPLETION <br />OF THE ROADS AND APPROVAL BY THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR. <br />THE BOARD ADJOURNED AT 12:10 O'CLOCK P.M. AND RECONVENED <br />AT 1:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />THE CHAIRMAN STATED THAT A PUBLIC HEARING REQUESTED <br />BY VERO-MED HELD JUNE 19, 1974 AT 1:30 O'CLOCK P.M. REGARDING <br />THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF THE HOSPITAL COMPLEX FROM R-lA <br />TO R-2, WILL NOW BE CONTINUED. <br />BYRON T. BRENNAN WHAT WOULD BE HIS <br />TIME SCHEDULE TO COMPLETE THE MASTER PLAN FOR THE HOSPITAL COM- <br />PLEX. <br />MR, BRENNAN EXPLAINED TO THE BOARD THE REASONS FOR <br />THE DELAY IN FINALIZING THE MASTER PLAN AND STATED THAT THE <br />LIST OF PRIORITIES ESTABLISHED BY THE BOARD FOR THE PLANNING <br />DEPARTMENT HAVE TO BE CHANGED AND IF THE BOARD WISHES TO PUSH <br />-13- <br />
