u <br />....... .. <br />_ ... _. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SEC=ONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, COMMISSIONER SIEBERT VOTED IN OPPOSITION, <br />THE BOARD APPROVED THE REZONING OF THE EAST GIFFORD AREA AS <br />ADVERTISED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PIECE OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS <br />PIERSON'S ENTERPRISES, INC, ON SOUTH GIFFORD ROAD WHICH WILL BE <br />CHANGED FROM LM -1 TO M-1 ZONING AND THAT THE 23 ACRES ON SOUTH <br />GIFFORD ROAD WEST OF THE RAILROAD THAT THE 70NING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDED BEING CHANGED TO R-211, TO REMAIN AS ADVERTISED, LM -1, <br />AND ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION #74-72, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-72 <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Zoning Commission <br />has approved after public hearing the zoning classifications <br />as indicated on the attached map, and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did advertise and hold a public <br />hearing on August 7, 1974, and <br />WHEREAS, testimony and arguments were heard by this <br />Board; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN,RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County <br />Zoning maps shall be changed to reflect the zoning classi- <br />fications as contained in the attached map. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />kV4"-? e <br />by 00 4AX <br />ATTEST: <br />er <br />W <br />Book— 2 wE353 <br />
