THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE.PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />GEORGE BULTEZ, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF <br />THE ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT APPEARED AND REQUESTED <br />DISCUSSION OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN THE BUDGET. <br />MR. BULTEZ QUESTIONED THE $500.00 IN THE BUDGET THAT <br />WAS BORROWED LAST YEAR BECAUSE OF LATE TAXES COLLECTED. <br />ATTORNEY BURCH STATED THAT THE .$500.00 BORROWED <br />COULD BE PAID BACK OUT OF THIS YEARS BUDGET. THE BOARD AGREED. <br />TO THIS REVISION. <br />MR, BULTEZ QUESTIONED THE TAX ASSESSORS FEE OF <br />$150.00 AND THE CONTINGENCY FUND OF $325.00. <br />ATTORNEY BURCH EXPLAINED THAT THE TAX ASSESSORS FEE <br />OF $150.00 AND THE CONTINGENCY FUND OF $325.00 IS ESTABLISHED AND <br />REQUIRED BY LAW, <br />MR. BULTEZ STATED THAT THE ROCKRIDGE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />FEEL THAT THE ATTORNEY IS SALARY IS TOO HIGH AND SHOULD BE ABOUT <br />$150.00 AND THEY COULD NOT ACCEPT THE BUDGET WITH THE ATTORNEY'S <br />SALARY AT $250.00. <br />THE BOARD AGREED THAT WHEN THIS.SPECIAL DISTRICT WAS <br />FORMED AN ATTORNEY HAD TO BE HIRED TO DO THE WORK REQUIRED, AND <br />THEY AS THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HIRED ATTORNEY BURCH. <br />ATTORNEY BURCH AS NOT BEEN PAID FOR HIS SERVICES SINCE <br />THIS SPECIAL DISTRICT WAS FORMED. <br />THE AMOUNT BUDGETED IS $250.00 AND THE BOARD AGREED TO <br />HAVE THAT AMOUNT REMAIN IN THE 1974-75 BUDGET, <br />AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 742 OF THE ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />BUDGET FOR 1974 IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,025.00. <br />9 <br />BOR au PAG[ju <br />
