RESOLUTION NO. 74-2 <br />ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT BUDGET <br />RESOLUTION FOR 1974-1975 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Rockridge Street <br />Lighting District has held a public hearing on August 21, 1974, for <br />the purpose of adopting a Budget for the District for the fiscal <br />year 1974-75, and t <br />WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor has provided the evaluations of <br />the non-exempt property in said District, and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing was noticed by publication and the <br />needs of the District discussed in open forum, <br />NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF THE ROCKRIDGE LIGHTING DISTRICT THAT the following budget is <br />hereby adopted for the District for 1974-1975: <br />1. 'Uti,lities (Electricity) <br />@$150.00/month x 12 months <br />$1,800.00 <br />2. Supplies <br />(new lamps and globes) <br />200.00 <br />3. Tax Assessor's Fee <br />150.00 <br />4. Attorney's salary <br />250.00 <br />5.
