The Subgrantee shall file such reports as may be required by <br />the Program Agent and shall maintain such financial -records as the <br />Program Agent may require in keeping with generally accepted <br />accounting principles. The Subgrantee agrees to submit to audits and <br />inspections upon due and proper notice by the Program Agent. <br />6. The Subgrantee shall conduct its program and use funds awarded. <br />to itun <br />g <br />der this agreement in a manner consistent with its letter of <br />_ <br />application as approved by the Program Agent. Said letter of application <br />and approval by the Program Agent is attached hereto,and incorporated <br />by -reference, being made a part of -this agreement as though set forth <br />fully herein. <br />7. The contracting party on behalf of the Subgrantee certifies <br />that he has the authority to receive and expend funds awarded pursuant <br />to this agreement for the purposes of Title II of the Comprehensive <br />Employment and Training Act (O #1973 PL 93-203).. <br />S. The Program Agent agrees to make available to the Subgrantee <br />the amount of $ 156,720.00 , subject -to the provisions of Paragraph 2 <br />of this agreement to be utilized by the Subgrantee consistently with <br />the terms of this agreement. _ .. <br />9. The Program Agent shall disburse funds to the Subgrantee on'a <br />monthly reimbursement`basis for the duration of the agreement period, <br />provided said Subgrantee has complied with all terms of the agreement. <br />The Subgrantee shall document costs and expenses .as the Program Agent <br />-may require as a prerequisite to monthly reimbursement. <br />10.
