RESOLUTION 2007-131 <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the <br />Community Development Director to submit additional information in a timely manner <br />as may be required by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. <br />SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community <br />Development Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the CDBG application <br />and project. <br />SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bowden , and seconded <br />by Commissioner Fl escher , and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Gary C.
