RESOLUTION 2007-131 <br /> SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the <br /> Community Development Director to submit additional information in a timely manner <br /> as may be required by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. <br /> SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community <br /> Development Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the CDBG application <br /> and project. <br /> SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bowden , and seconded <br /> by Commissioner Fl escher , and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman, Gary C.
