<br />THIS KARR SUBDIVISION ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED THERE ARE MANY
<br />TRAILERS NOW IN THIS SUBDIVISION.
<br />VERNON WOLFF APPEARED QUESTIONING IF OTHER PARCELS OF LAND
<br />IN THIS TRAILER PARK WILL BE .REZONED ALONG WITH THIS. MR. WOLFF OWNS
<br />LOT 11.
<br />THE BOARD INFORMED MR. WOLFF THAT AT THIS TIME ONLY LOT 9
<br />IS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REZONING.
<br />DEWEY WALKER, ZONING DIRECTOR APPEARED AND STATED THAT
<br />HE HAS RECEIVED NO OBJECTIONS FROM RESIDENTS IN THIS AREA ON
<br />THIS PROPOSED REZONING,
<br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
<br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE ZONING CHANGE FROM C-1
<br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT AS REQUESTED BY
<br />GEORGE AND HAZEL BECKWIRTH.
