RESOLUTION NO. 74-88 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow* - <br />fling property.owned by George and Hazel Beckwirth, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 9, Karr Subdivision, according to the plat thereof <br />recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 87, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R-1 Single <br />Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />I <br />Book 21 PACE 192 <br />NON 2 0 1974 <br />
