SPECIAL QUIT -CLAIM DEED
<br />THIS DEED , made this
<br />19TH day of FEBRUARY

<br />1975, by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first part,
<br />and ALVIN CARLSWARD and LULA CARLSWARD, his wife, whose post
<br />office address is Barber Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida, parties
<br />of the second part.
<br />WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for
<br />and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00)
<br />to it in hand paid by the party of the sec"°nd part, receipt whereof
<br />is hereby acknowledged and other good and valuable considerations,
<br />has granted, bargained and sold to the parties of the second part,
<br />their successors and assigns forever, the following described land
<br />lying and being in Indian River County,Florida:

<br />Range 39 East, according to the last general plat
<br />of lands of the Indian. River Farms Company.

<br />Grantor does not warrant condition of title:. Grantor
<br />will defendtitle against the claims of any person claiming, by
<br />through or under the Grantor herein.

<br />caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of
<br />County Commissioners'acting by the Chairman of said Board, the day
<br />and year aforesaid.
